Straight Tunnel kiln Introdcution
Tunnel Kiln is a type of brick drying and burning system. When get the green green brickss, Robot will place them on the kiln cars, then kiln cars will enter the tunnel dryer frist to finish the brick drying process, then will enter the tunnel burner to finish the brick burning process. Tunnel Kiln normally with the length of 90-120m, kiln section or kiln inner width is decided by the production capacity requirments.
The tunnel kiln burning process is currently the most widely used mature sintering solution in the world, mainly suitable for medium and large production capacity requirements of 150,000 to 350,000 standard bricks per day. It has the core advantages of high investment cost performance, strong operation stability, and flexible production capacity adjustment, making it the mainstream choice for new standardized sintered brick projects.
